Then they decided to add a code preprogrammed into the key which not even the dealerships usually have, they have to order them from headquarters. Okay, Okay, we found a way to fix that. Then they decided to make it harder to program them with extra security and you risk damaging the car's computer system and this is where we are like hmmm maybe enough is enough? Is it worth programming these keys at 40-50% less than the dealership and we risk being responsible for replacing the car's security system which costs thousands of dollars or our insurance rates increasing for filing claims for these vehicles.
